Cancellation Policy
At Glow with Grayce, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that any changes be made with sufficient notice so we can accommodate other clients.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.
Complimentary Consultations
Complimentary consultations are offered in good faith. If a consultation is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 fee will apply.
Treatment Appointments (Injectables & Services)
For all treatment appointments, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $200 cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full cancellation fee of $200. Repeated missed appointments may result in being required to prepay future services.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to respect the schedule of other clients. The full treatment fee or applicable cancellation fee will still apply.
