Hi, I’m Ella Grayce, a Registered Nurse and founder of Glow with Grayce.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia and began my nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Working in critical care helped shape my commitment to patient safety, clinical precision, and compassionate, individualized care.

Building on this foundation, I completed the Medical Esthetics in Nursing (MDN) program at Seneca College, combining my clinical knowledge with my passion for medical aesthetics and natural, confidence-enhancing results. As of October 2026, I am also completing my Operating Room - Registered Nurse Certificate at George Brown College, with plans to pursue opportunities in operating room nursing and plastic surgery.

I founded Glow with Grayce to create a welcoming, professional space where clients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. I believe in building trust through open communication, honest guidance, and a personalized approach to every treatment. My priority is to provide thoughtful care that respects each client’s unique features, individual goals, and overall well-being.

My approach to aesthetics is rooted in the belief that the best results enhance, rather than change, what makes each person unique. Through a combination of clinical knowledge, continued education, and an eye for natural results, I strive to help every client feel confident, comfortable, and like the best version of themselves.
