Hi, I’m Ella! A Registered Nurse and founder of Glow with Grayce.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia and began my nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care. My background in critical care shaped my approach to patient safety, attention to detail, and the importance of truly listening to those in my care.

I later pursued education and training in Medical Aesthetics through the Medical Esthetics in Nursing program at Seneca College, combining my clinical foundation with a passion for natural, confidence-boosting results.

I created Glow with Grayce to offer a space where clients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. I value open, honest conversations and take a personalized approach to every treatment, always respecting each client’s natural features and individual goals.

For me, aesthetics is about enhancing what’s already there, never changing it.
